1.Spotted Lake,  British Columbia, Canada

Spotted Lake is located in Osoyoos, Canada. It’s one of the strangest places in the world to visit as after the water evaporates, the mineral deposits settle down in a spotted pattern. Nature’s beauty is what I call it.

2.The Giant’s Causeway, Northern Ireland

Created by nature, this is a hexagonal shaped structured formed 60 million years ago formed because of the volcanic eruptions. It comprises of 40,000 interlocking basalt step like columns.

3.Thor’s Well, Oregon, USA

Well, it’s no big fact that it is just a hole that has been created by the extreme waves. It’s a 20 feet deep hole, but it still manages to give a good sight to the visitors. The picture speaks for itself.

The reason of its unique colour is still a topic that is not fully understood by scientists, although most suspect it has to do with the presence of the Dunaliella salina microalgae.  Now whatever may be the reason, it’s indeed strange what nature does sometimes. We can’t control nature. It’s a strange sight but a unique place to visit. Isn’t it?
